    The full process

How an order runs, start to finish

Not a summary. This is the whole lifecycle: the two ways to start, what each stage actually involves, the timings both sides can plan around, and the escalation ladder if a delivery is wrong.

    1. The client paysBy Whish or OMT, against an order reference
    2. Escrow coming soonThe money rests with the platform while the work is done

    Hiring

    The client lifecycle

Five stages. Each one leaves a record that the next stage, and any later dispute, is judged against.

    1. Find the work

Browse packaged services by category, or post a job with a budget range and let freelancers apply to you.

      Both routes are free

    2. Agree the scope

Message the freelancer before committing. Confirm what is included, what is not, how many revision rounds you get, and the delivery date.

      Do this for anything non-trivial

    3. Open the order

Place the order and settle payment directly with the freelancer during early access. The order, the brief and the files still live on the platform.

      Escrow payments are coming

    4. Work in one place

Each order has a private page with messaging, file sharing and a status trail. Keeping everything there is what makes a dispute reviewable later.

      Off-platform chats cannot be reviewed

    5. Approve or revise

Accept the delivery, or send a revision request with specific feedback. Once accepted, you can leave a review.

      Reviews require a completed order

    Two ways in

Order a service, or post a job

Both end in the same kind of order. The difference is who writes the brief and who sets the price.

    Plan around these

    Timings

Published targets, not marketing promises. Where a stage depends on both sides, we say so.

    • Delivery date

Set by the package or the accepted proposal, and shown on the order page from the moment the order opens.

    • Revision rounds

Every package states how many are included. Extra rounds are at the freelancer's discretion and agreed between you.

    • Disputes

Most are resolved within three to five business days once both sides have submitted their case.

    • Payment

Agreed directly between client and freelancer during early access, in USD. Escrow payments through Whish and OMT are on the way.

    • Reviews

Available once an order is completed, and permanently attached to it. The seller may post one public response.

    If something goes wrong

    Three rungs, in order

Nothing here requires a lawyer or a phone call. Each rung is available from the order page itself, and you only climb to the next one if the previous one did not settle it.

    • Every step happens on the order page, where the record already lives
    • Either side can escalate: this is not a buyer-only process
    • Resolutions can be a release, a partial refund, or a full refund
    1. First

Say what is wrong, on the order page

Most problems are a misread brief. A specific message with the difference between what you asked for and what you got usually ends it here.

    2. Then

      Request a revision

Use a round from the package. Point at concrete items rather than a general feeling, and the redelivery is usually right.

    3. If needed

      Open a dispute

Either side can escalate from the order page. Both submit their case, our team reviews it against the order record, and issues a resolution: release, partial refund, or full refund.

Every rung is available from the order page

    Selling

    The freelancer lifecycle

The same order, seen from the other side of the table.

    1. Set up your profile

Professional title, skills, rate and portfolio. Submit an official ID if you want the Verified badge, which our team reviews by hand.

    2. Publish a service

Up to three packages per service with their own scope, price, delivery time and revision count. A verified phone number is required to publish.

      Or apply to posted jobs

    3. Deliver the work

Use the order page for questions and files. Deliver before the due date shown on the order, and redeliver after each revision round.

    4. Get paid

During early access your client pays you directly in USD via Whish, OMT or bank transfer. Nothing is deducted by the platform.
